Inventory Changes

We always recommend giving us a call to confirm specific inventory if you’re making the trip for something specific. Inventory can change faster than we may update the website but we will always try our best!

Delivery

We do NOT offer delivery unfortunately. We are happy to help load items in a safe manner. Please bring your own straps and necessary supplies to haul your load. We do have forklifts on site to help within reason.

Shipping Between Stores

We do ship inventory between our store locations to make things as easy as possible for our customers. Typically, this can take up to a week to do as we are a small company.

Holds

We can put some inventory on hold for you if interested for up to 10 days. We ask that you pay for the item(s) at the time you are picking them up. If you do not pick them up by the agreed date, we will place that item back up for sale.

Refunds/Returns

We do offer returns on most items as long as they’re returned in the same condition as when purchased. This should be discussed with an employee to confirm as not all inventory qualifies for returns. A receipt is typically required. If you no longer have your receipt, please reach out to the stores and we’ll try our best to help.

Discounts

We are always happy as a small company to see what we can do. Sometimes there are discounts offered on our items, but this is at the discretion of the employee and/or store location. Please know that we sell discount building materials that may not be perfect for one reason or another and they are already sold at discounted prices.

Sell To Us

We purchase by the semi-load typically via vendors and wholesale suppliers. If you’re looking to sell left over materials from projects, etc. you can often list them and sell them at a wonderful rate through other marketplace tools. We appreciate your interest in doing business with us though.

Donation Requests

We look to sponsor and donate directly within our local communities. If you are a local organization, etc. please don’t hesitate to stop by with an information sheet, flier, or email and we will make sure it gets to the correct folks here. If it is something we can support, we will be in contact.
